EdDiCo has created a set of occupational micro-profiles which describes a group of competences that allows educators to select different digital specialization areas and provides them with learning pathways that will lead toward reaching each of their aims. Such learning paths are composed using two types of relationships between the Learning Maturity model dimensions: intra-dimension or inter-dimensions:
Intra-dimension relationships: to achieve the next competence level in a dimension, learners should master previous levels in such dimension.
Inter-dimension relationships: achieving a specific competence level in one dimension can be a pre-condition to attaining a competence level in another dimension or can enhance or improve certain competence levels in another dimension.
These occupational micro-profiles have been defined using as a starting point the different competences and levels defined in the Learning Maturity Model previously created in the project and through the description of a specific user persona. User personas are archetypical users whose goals and characteristics represent the needs of a larger group of users, those will help to understand how the assessment tool works and how the information from goals and frustrations is used to detect competence gaps and propose some learning path to achieve the specified goals.
Next, you will find access to the different occupational micro-profiles.
