CPD Webinar: Making instructional materials and assessment accessible to all users

This webinar is part of our 2021 CPD webinar sessions.

Presenter: Gavin Henrick & Karen Holland There are different types of instructional materials and assessment activities that teachers may use in teaching and learning situations. It includes physical materials used in classroom scenarios, or digital materials like documents, multimedia, web pages and images used in online or blended learning. When is it best to think about accessibility of the content or the activities?- when you plan it? When you have it scoped and budgeted? afterwards? What first steps should developers follow to help make materials and activities accessible to all users? In this session, we take a look at instructional materials through the lens of design affordances.
